节点 "IOCFG "是 XML 文件的根节点，因此每个导入文件都需要它。在这个根节点中，可以指定所需的模块、IO 调整等。

Node "IOCFG" is the root node of the XML file and therefore required in every import file. In this root node, the desired modules, IO adjustments, etc. can now be specified.

•Version: This attribute can be used to define the version of the configuration. The version is for the user's information.
