mapp Services V5.16

If mapp PackML is used in mode "Standalone", only the MpLink from a MpPackMLCore configuration can be specified. If the synchronized mode is used, the MpLink from a MpPackMLCore configuration or the MpLink from a MpPackMLModule configuration can be specified.

This function uses the index to determine whether the mode defined on input "Mode" is active.

If the mode being checked is active, then TRUE is given as the return value.
