mapp Services V5.16
The MpLink of an MpUserSign configuration is used for this function block.
This function block is needed in order to apply an electronic signature for an action. The principle of electronic signatures is explained in section Electronic signature.
When the user attempts to apply an electronic signature via the HMI application (HMI application is linked via MpUserSignatureUI), then this function block indicates whether or not the process was successful. Outputs "Released" and "Rejected" are set for one cycle.
•Released: The electronic signature was applied successfully. The user has sufficient rights to perform the requested action.
•Rejected: The electronic signature was not performed successfully, the user aborted the process or the number of failed signature attempts exceeded the maximum permissible amount.
The application can react accordingly depending on which output is set. For example, the new setpoint entered in the HMI application can be written from the temporary process variable to the active process variable.
Output "ActionID" indicates the action for which the electronic signature was applied. Actions can be defined in the configuration.
