mapp Services V5.16

This function can be used to add a new initial user to the user management system. The values for language and system of units correspond with the values in the VC4-based HMI application.

The user must be added to the initialization subroutine. When calling the function, all user data except for the username ("UserName") will be overwritten if the user already exists. As soon as the user data has been changed once via the HMI application, the data in the initialization subroutine is no longer overwritten.

Note that the user cannot be deleted at runtime, only disabled.

Users that should be added at runtime are created by using MpUserManagerUI. These users can also be deleted at runtime.
